The reason

Why we built Hearthly

We didn't build Hearthly from the outside. We built it the way you'd build something for people you love.

We've watched caregiving up close — the weight of it, the love behind it, and how easily the people doing the hardest work end up carrying it alone.

We've seen how quickly the details scatter: across calls, texts, and the noise of everyday life. How the people who want to help often don't know how. And how distance can make showing up feel impossible, even when the love is right there.

Hearthly is our answer to that. We built it so caregiving could feel a little lighter, and so families could stay genuinely close through it — without anyone needing to be ‘a tech person’ to use it.

If it can do for your family what we built it to do for ours, that's everything.

What we believe

Families, not patients

We design for the whole circle - adult children, partners, siblings, friends - and for people keeping notes on their own health alongside the people who love them.

Quietly private

Health and family details belong to your circle. We treat that information with the care it deserves.

Notice what matters

Short daily notes surface patterns in what you've already written down - so things don't get lost between appointments. Hearthly doesn't diagnose or predict; it helps you remember.

Together by default

Caregiving - and self-care - go better with company. Every feature in Hearthly assumes more than one person can be on the same page.

A small team, the same story

We're a handful of people who've cared for aging parents and chronically ill loved ones. We build the thing we wish we'd had.

Your family deserves a lighter way to carry this.
